Orders will be shipped within 2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Domestic Taiwan

• Convenience Store Pickup: Arrives 2-3 days after shipment.
  • The recipient's name for convenience store pickup must match their ID.
  • If the package cannot be picked up due to a name mismatch, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment fee.
• Home Delivery: Arrives the next day after shipment.
  • We use SF Express for domestic deliveries.
  • Generally, orders arrive the next day after shipment, but special circumstances or holidays may delay delivery times.

International

• SF Express, EMS:
  • We ship worldwide.
  • Shipping fees are paid upon delivery. International shipping fees may be adjusted periodically, and import tariffs vary by country. Therefore, the actual cost incurred upon receiving the package, including any customs duties or additional fees for remote areas, shall prevail.
