Return Policy

• All item measurements are taken manually, and a discrepancy of 1-3 cm is considered normal.
• Vintage/secondhand items will inevitably show some signs of wear and tear, such as stains, incomplete tags, or minor damage that does not affect wear. "Perfectionists, please think twice."
• Colors may vary slightly in photos due to differences in screen color settings. The actual product color shall prevail. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to dissatisfaction with the product, unsuitability, color differences, or the desire to change sizes.
• Inspection Period ≠ Trial Period
• Online purchases come with a 7-day inspection period (requests may not be accepted after this period). Please carefully open the package and inspect the product's appearance, but inspection does not mean trial use.
• When requesting a return or exchange, please ensure the returned product is complete, i.e., unwashed and in its original condition. If the returned item shows signs of use or has personal odors, etc., according to Article 259 of the Civil Code and relevant regulations, our company may request compensation from the consumer or refuse the return or exchange.
